Equipment for Home


My intention is that you feel well supported with your home practices. I have curated a list of equipment that is used during sessions so you can gather what you need at home.

A few of these items are handmade with love (like the rice bags). Some are items I have as inventory for your convenience.

Shipping is only available in Canada. For international clients, I have provided suggestions for making your own rice bags and belts & for where to purchase the hanging equipment.

Propping & Massage:

    • Peanut ball: $20

    • Large rectangle: 4” (wide) x 10 (long) x 1”(thick)

    • Small rectangle: 4” x 6” x 1/2”

    • Note: rice bags are filled 80% with basmati rice

    • I can support you in determining the size and number you need.

    • Waist belt: 1.5-2 meters of 1.5 inch nylon flat accessory webbing from Mountain Equipment Co.

    • D-loop belt: 1 meter of 1.0 inch nylon flat webbing from Mountain Equipment Co. & 1 metal d-ring

    • Waist belt: $15

Hanging Equipment:

    • “Perfect Pull Up” - recommended

    • Range in price, starting around $50 + shipping

    • Note: any pull up bar type will work!

    • Any brand will work as long as the model is adjustable & has the over the door attachment

    • Range in price, starting around $65 + shipping
